About Wheel Wall
An online communications platform bringing wheel buyers and sellers together. Wheel Wall was started by two car-enthusiast brothers who were frustrated with the difficulties of buying and selling wheels via the various online marketplaces and auctions, so we built a better platform specifically for the used wheel market.
No. Wheel Wall is neither an auction nor an e-commerce website. Instead, we function as a dynamic classified ad that helps buyers and sellers make the best deal possible.
Buying & Negotiating
Buyers have two options.
Make a Deal — a buyer agrees to purchase a wheel set at the current listed asking price and terms at any time. If a listed set of wheels is at a price and terms you agree with, click BUY NOW and they're yours. This is a binding purchase agreement, and the total purchase price is due directly to the seller based on their acceptable payment term(s). We'll connect you and the seller by sharing your names, email addresses, and phone numbers with each other.
Make an Offer — allows buyers to negotiate a lower price on a wheel set. When an offer is submitted, every member who has that wheel set saved to their "wall" receives an email notification. The notification also posts to the listing's Activity Feed, creating urgency for other interested buyers to submit their highest and best offer before missing out.
Sellers receive each offer amount along with the buyer's zip code, making it easy to factor in potential shipping costs or local pickup savings before choosing to Accept, Counter, or Decline.
Offers automatically expire after 24 hours.
Congratulations! Upon a successful deal, the buyer and seller each receive the other's name, email, and phone number. From there, you'll coordinate outside the Wheel Wall domain to complete the transaction.
Selling & Fees
We charge sellers 2.5% of the original asking price to publish a listing. For commercial outlets looking to sell higher volume, reduced rates are available — email us at info@wheelwall.com for more information.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There's no additional fee for buyers or sellers on top of the displayed price like on other sites.
No, Wheel Wall does not sell brand new wheels.
Listings indicate whether tires are included in addition to the rims. If tires are included, the seller is required to provide detailed photos, tire specifications, tread depths, and any wear or repair disclosures.
Trust & Safety
Our platform prioritizes trust and security through a comprehensive approach to community management, with several key safeguards in place:
Verified members. Every member verifies their mobile phone number with a text code when they sign up. VoIP and landline numbers aren't accepted, and each number can only be used on one account. Your number is only shared with another member if you make a deal.
Transparent communication. All communication between members stays public via the Activity Feed section on each listing. This protects both parties and creates a record of interactions, personal details and contact information are only exchanged once a deal is made.
Curated listings. Every listing must be submitted and approved before it appears on the platform, ensuring quality control and preventing inappropriate or fraudulent content.
Financial verification. Sellers pay listing fees upfront, and those fees are non-refundable if a listing is flagged and removed for violating our policies — an upfront commitment that deters spam and fraudulent activity.
Community moderation. Members can report comments that are unhelpful, inappropriate, or fraudulent, helping maintain the quality of interactions and quickly surface potential issues.
Reputation system. After each completed deal, buyers and sellers rate one another. Ratings appear next to usernames to showcase a member's track record and overall reliability.
